Leasing Team Lead

About the role

Keyper is a fast‑growing PropTech and FinTech startup transforming property ownership and management across the UAE. As the Leasing Team Lead, you will head the leasing function, driving growth, efficiency and an exceptional client experience while promoting the company’s Rent Now, Pay Later (RNPL) solution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a leasing strategy aligned with business objectives and monitor KPIs for occupancy, revenue and client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team of leasing professionals, setting clear performance metrics and career plans.
• Oversee the full leasing cycle—from property onboarding and pricing to tenant acquisition, renewals and RNPL adoption.
• Identify market opportunities, analyse trends and adjust pricing and portfolio strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and product teams to support growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and other local real‑estate regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of leasing or real‑estate operations experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing leasing performance and driving business growth.
• Strong people‑management, coaching and negotiation abilities.
