Logistics Assistant

About the role

Seattle Aviation Solutions (SAS) is looking for an organized Logistics Assistant to support its aviation aftermarket supply chain in Dubai. You will ensure shipments move smoothly, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with purchasing and customer service tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and delivery of goods to customers and warehouses.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues and communicate status to suppliers, carriers and customers.
• Prepare shipping documents, customs paperwork and HS Code classifications.
• Handle air‑freight arrangements and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support purchasing processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve routes and reduce logistics costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Analyse logistics data and produce reports for management.

Required profile

• Experience in inventory management, logistics, purchasing and customer service.
• Familiarity with air‑freight coordination and HS Code classification.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
