Logistics Manager

About the role

The Logistics Manager will manage and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, customs clearance, and material distribution, ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment for project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the movement of materials, equipment, and resources to project sites.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Vendors, and Project teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Manage warehousing, inventory control, and stock monitoring activities.
• Handle transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and import/export documentation.
• Monitor logistics costs and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, and local regulations.
• Maintain logistics records and provide periodic status reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 14-18 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in EPC, construction, or renewable energy projects.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation management, and customs regulations.
