Logistics Procurement Manager

About the role

Nouryon is seeking a Logistics Procurement Manager to lead logistics category management across the India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA) region from its Dubai office. The role combines regional leadership with global category ownership for express shipments, offering a pathway to broader global procurement responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a logistics procurement strategy for the IMEA region aligned with global priorities.
• Own end‑to‑end procurement for logistics categories including road transport, warehousing, tank farms, ocean freight, equipment maintenance, dangerous‑goods escort, air freight, freight forwarding and drayage.
• Collaborate with the Global Category Manager and Regional Procurement Leaders on fleet and global express shipment procurement.
• Maintain and refresh Strategic Points of View (SPoVs) using market intelligence, freight indices and regulatory updates.
• Lead sourcing negotiations, contract development, approvals and strategic contract reviews.
• Identify logistics optimisation opportunities, benchmark performance and achieve agreed savings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or supply‑chain procurement, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex categories across multiple countries and regulatory regimes.
• Strong analytical mindset with capability to translate market data into strategic actions.
• Excellent negotiation and contract‑management skills.
• Leadership experience working with regional and global stakeholders.
