Manager, Special Projects & Performance (MENA)

About the role

The Manager, Special Projects & Performance (MENA) will sit within the regional Chief Operating Office and drive strategic initiatives, performance management and cross‑functional execution across Delivery Hero’s markets in the Middle East and North Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Own visibility of COO functional KPIs across functions and markets, surfacing risks and opportunities early.
• Lead OKR and budgeting cycles, track performance, analyse variances and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Translate corporate vision into executable strategic plans, manage annual and multi‑year planning cycles and conduct competitive analysis.
• Define, monitor and report on company‑wide KPIs and strategic initiative progress for board and executive audiences.
• Lead high‑stakes, cross‑functional projects, coordinating stakeholders across regional, local and product teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Drive governance, planning timelines and process improvements for financial and operational planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy development, performance management and project delivery within a fast‑moving, multi‑market environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insight‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and coordinating diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
