MNC Sales Director (Dubai)

About the role

The MNC Sales Director will be based in Dubai and act as the primary Allianz Trade representative within the ADNIC partnership. You will lead the growth of Allianz Trade’s multinational business across the UAE, managing a strategic banking portfolio and strengthening broker and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new‑business acquisition and achieve ambitious growth targets for multinational accounts.
• Design and execute local commercial strategies to expand portfolio size and profitability.
• Serve as the main point of contact for ADNIC‑related multinational programs, ensuring high service standards, policy implementation, renewals and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with underwriting, risk, operations, account management and regional teams to deliver tailored solutions and manage complex programmes.
• Support governance, compliance and regulatory requirements linked to the ADNIC partnership.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities and contribute to strategic projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC business environment, including multinational corporations, broker distribution channels and banking institutions.
• Proven track record in business development, portfolio ownership and commercial underwriting.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in a matrix, international setting.
• Ability to balance growth objectives with risk and profitability considerations.
