Motorcycle Sales Executive – B2C & B2B

About the role

The Sales Executive for Motorcycles will drive sales performance across both consumer and corporate channels for Honda motorcycles. You will generate leads, convert opportunities and ensure an outstanding customer experience while supporting brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to revenue and market‑share growth.
• Generate and convert quality leads using C4C, improving conversion rates and response times.
• Develop B2B and fleet sales, acquiring new corporate accounts and closing fleet deals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, aiming for high satisfaction scores and repeat/referral sales.
• Maintain accurate documentation and strict CRM compliance.
• Support brand presence through events, ride activations and lead generation.
• Assist in stock turnover and inventory reduction through clearance campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, after‑sales, logistics and showroom teams for seamless operations.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation ability with a track record of closing deals.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Good understanding of market trends, pricing dynamics and competitor activity.
• Experience managing both B2C and B2B sales, especially corporate accounts.

Required skills

• C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer) – CRM platform usage.
