About the role

Engel & Völkers Dubai is seeking an ambitious Off-Plan Property Advisor to join its high‑performing sales team. This commission‑only position offers unlimited earning potential for professionals who thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Represent off‑plan projects across Dubai’s prime locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors and end‑buyers.
• Conduct project presentations, property viewings and negotiate contracts.
• Stay updated on market trends, new launches and pricing strategies.
• Deliver service that reflects Engel & Völkers’ premium brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, real estate or investment advisory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and target‑driven.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field preferred.
