About the role
The Officer – Sales & Service will oversee vehicle preparation, documentation, and logistics to support the sales and service teams at AG Motors in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures compliance with AG Auto policies and legal requirements throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Administer preparation of new vehicles using the dealer management system.
- Ensure all sales vehicle documentation is correctly processed for invoicing and recorded in the system.
- Manage vehicle booking for inspection and preparation, coordinating with sales and service teams for progress updates and invoice confirmation.
- Oversee vehicle movement, preparation for sale, and display at various locations, including bodyshop and service sites.
- Guide the sales team on post‑booking processes, ensuring compliance with AG Auto policies and legal requirements.
- Administer registration and management of demonstrator and courtesy vehicles, including de‑registration at purchase or trade‑in and facilitating registration processes.
- Manage logistical requirements, including driver and valet coordination.
