About the role

This on‑the‑job trainee position introduces you to the daily operations of housekeeping within two prestigious Marriott properties in Dubai. As part of the Marriott Hotel Internship Programme, you will gain hands‑on experience in guest‑room preparation, public‑area upkeep and the standards that define luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist housekeeping teams in cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas.
• Learn and apply Marriott’s quality and safety standards.
• Support inventory management of linens, amenities and cleaning supplies.
• Observe and participate in guest service interactions to understand personalized hospitality.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Current college or university student.
• Strong interest in the hospitality and tourism sector.
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by hotel operations.
