Operations Services Technician

About the role

The Operations Services Technician supports well workover activities by preparing surveys, drawings and handling surface facilities. The role ensures all tasks are carried out safely and in line with ADNOC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct surveys of surface facilities related to workover wells.
• Prepare schematic drawings showing pipe supports, measurements and installations.
• Dismantle and reinstate pipelines, supports, CP cables and fittings within a 100 m radius of the wellhead.
• Coordinate minor pipeline modification work under supervision.
• Produce as‑built drawings and update schematics.
• Manage material, spare and consumable supplies, raising procurement documentation as needed.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining an efficient workshop supporting well services.
• Prepare and maintain records, files and statements related to well services.
• Follow departmental KPIs, optimise resource use and minimise standby time.
• Ensure safety of all personnel under your control.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma in a relevant field or Secondary School Certificate with a vocational trade certificate.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
