Outlet Manager – La Sirène Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Outlet Manager to lead La Sirène, our Lebanese‑style restaurant at Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites. The role combines guest‑focused service with operational and commercial leadership in a vibrant, high‑visibility setting overlooking the Burj Al Arab.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver memorable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations and foster loyalty.
• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring service standards, quality, and hygiene are consistently met.
• Drive commercial performance through cost control, inventory management, and revenue‑maximising initiatives.
• Recruit, train, coach and mentor a high‑performing team, conducting regular performance reviews.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage stock levels efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a restaurant or similar food‑and‑beverage outlet.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, upscale hospitality environment.

Required skills

• POS systems knowledge.
