About the role

Join YSL at The Grove as a Part‑Time Fragrance Consultant, representing a leading luxury brand within Chalhoub Group’s extensive retail network. You will guide customers through the world of perfume, delivering personalized advice and ensuring an exceptional in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and line targets by delivering high‑level customer service and professional standards.
• Provide expert perfume recommendations, taking into account client preferences and potential allergies.
• Maintain an accurate customer database to nurture relationships and identify future sales opportunities.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Group’s loyalty programme (MUSE) to drive new customer acquisition.
• Stay informed about the brand’s online offers, events, promotions, and product launches.
• Participate in brand events both inside and outside the store, actively driving fragrance sales.
• Support fellow stores and team members as needed, ensuring flexibility across the network.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new product releases.
