Part‑time Beauty Consultant – Faces (Lancôme) at Yas Mall

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Beauty Consultant to join the Faces (Lancôme) boutique at Yas Mall. The role focuses on delivering premium beauty experiences, driving sales, and maintaining the high standards of Chalhoub Group’s luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and advise clients on product ranges that suit their needs.
• Demonstrate product usage, benefits and makeup application techniques.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets using effective sales techniques.
• Maintain counter cleanliness, grooming standards and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Replenish stock, manage new product launches and track post‑launch sales.
• Handle customer queries regarding product availability, pricing and usage.
• Prepare daily sales reports and monitor sell‑out performance at store level.
• Participate in incentive programmes and promotional activities.
