Portfolio Assistant Revenue Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Portfolio Assistant Revenue Manager to support a portfolio of 3‑4 hotels in Dubai. You will develop and implement revenue strategies, monitor market trends, and collaborate across departments to maximize profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies for a portfolio of hotels (3 or 4 hotels).
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust strategies.
• Lead weekly/bi‑weekly Revenue Management meetings, providing insights based on reporting data.
• Develop topline revenue forecasts and seek opportunities to drive incremental profit across all revenue centres.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and optimise pricing and inventory.
• Mentor, coach and develop junior team members in revenue management practices.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and front‑office teams to achieve revenue goals.
• Ensure reservations are well managed and coordinate with the reservations team.
• Drive market share in the competitive set and ensure systems are used to optimise RevPAR.
• Leverage knowledge of the distribution landscape, including OTAs and distribution networks, to optimise hotel profits.
• Maintain data quality and system hygiene of Revenue Management and Distribution applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations or e‑commerce.
• Strong knowledge of PMS, RMS, CRS, channel managers and OTAs.
• Solid analytical and forecasting skills with an understanding of pricing and yield strategies.
• Familiarity with digital distribution, website performance and online sales channels.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
