Product Genius – Brand Ambassador & Customer Experience

About the role

The Product Genius at Performance Plus Motors serves as a brand ambassador and customer‑experience specialist in the showroom. You will use your deep knowledge of the latest electric and conventional vehicles to educate visitors, demonstrate features, and create an engaging, memorable experience without the pressure of selling.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver detailed product presentations and test‑drives for cars, motorcycles, e‑bikes and trike scooters.
• Answer customer questions in clear, non‑technical language and match vehicle options to their needs.
• Support the sales team by providing product expertise and feedback on customer preferences.
• Maintain OEM systems and CRM tools such as Key Loop and Autoline, ensuring accurate records of interactions.
• Participate in training sessions, share knowledge with colleagues, and report on showroom performance.

Required profile

• UAE driving licence held for at least one year.
• Previous customer‑service experience in the automotive sector.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with OEM systems and CRM platforms (Key Loop, Autoline).
