Property and Leasing Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property and Leasing Manager to oversee our diverse real‑estate portfolio, which includes assets in Abu Dhabi and properties in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on driving occupancy, implementing leasing strategies, and ensuring tenant satisfaction while coordinating all property operations and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies and annual plans to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Identify market opportunities, recommend positioning, and adjust rent based on market analysis.
• Collaborate with external brokerage firms weekly to advertise and increase occupancy.
• Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants promptly.
• Update lease contracts in Microsoft Dynamics and manage renewals in the Tamm system.
• Provide sales documents via Tamm and Provis portals; handle UK portfolio renewals in the RPI system.
• Maintain positive relationships with in‑house and prospective tenants.
• Collect receivables, manage operating expenses, and follow up on bounced cheques.
• Coordinate legal cases with lawyers on a monthly basis.
• Support finance in rental revenue forecasting and lease documentation.
• Work with Facilities Management to inspect units, arrange maintenance, and ensure quality standards.
• Oversee make‑ready procedures, security‑deposit refunds, and common‑area maintenance, coordinating with insurance and service providers.

Required profile

• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Proven track record as a Property and Leasing Manager in the Abu Dhabi market.
• Hands‑on experience with Abu Dhabi property platforms (Tamm, Provis) and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience managing UK properties.
