About the role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a results‑driven Real Estate Broker with a focus on off‑plan property sales. The successful candidate will leverage deep knowledge of the UAE off‑plan market to guide investors and end‑users through high‑value transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell off‑plan residential and commercial projects from leading UAE developers.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, end‑users, and developers.
• Provide expert advice on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
• Conduct presentations, site visits, and virtual tours for prospective buyers.
• Stay current on upcoming off‑plan projects across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
• Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies and client expectations.
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to generate leads and manage pipelines.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of off‑plan real‑estate sales experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s off‑plan market and developer offerings.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
• RERA or DMT certification preferred.
