Real Estate Telecaller

About the role

JPI Realty is looking for a motivated Real Estate Telecaller to join its luxury property team in Dubai. The role involves making outbound calls to property owners, qualifying leads and promoting the company’s listing and leasing services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to property owners to generate exclusive sales and leasing listings.
• Present JPI Realty’s luxury property management, advisory and marketing services.
• Collect and record detailed property information, owner expectations and availability in the internal database.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with owners, investors and clients.
• Maintain daily call logs, update client profiles and track outreach performance using MS Office or CRM tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or telesales experience in the UAE real‑estate market.
• Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, service clients and build relationships.
• Detail‑oriented with logical reasoning and persuasive phone etiquette.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
