Regional Manager – Parts Sales

About the role

The Regional Manager – Parts Sales will lead the strategic planning, implementation and growth of Al‑Futtaim Automotive’s genuine OEM and aftermarket parts, tyres and battery business across the UAE. This senior position is responsible for driving revenue, profitability and market share while coordinating the trade and distribution hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for B2B parts (OEM, OES, tyres, batteries) across the UAE.
• Direct and coordinate operations of parts trade and distribution hubs.
• Achieve financial targets, improve profitability and increase market share.
• Manage internal stakeholder relationships and collaborate with aftermarket, tyre and battery teams to expand product range.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive performance through the trade network.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects, committees and initiatives to enhance the B2B parts business.
• Implement people strategy and maintain high associate engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in parts sales or related automotive aftermarket business.
• Proven leadership ability to manage large teams and multi‑site operations.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting revenue and profitability goals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
