About the role
The post holder will always work within the scope of practice, putting the health, wellbeing and safety of their patient first as they assess, plan, implement and evaluate their needs. In the operating theatre, the nurse will assess patient conditions, develop care plans, coordinate with the surgical team, ensure infection‑control standards, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
