Remote Business Support Assistant

About the role

The Business Support Assistant will oversee the entire sales support cycle, from the first customer inquiry to project completion. Working remotely, you will act as the liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Record and track all incoming customer inquiries.
• Gather project details and understand client requirements.
• Coordinate site surveys with internal teams.
• Prepare and submit quotations.
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with suppliers and execution teams, request quotations, and issue purchase orders.
• Track project progress and support invoicing.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Prepare weekly sales pipeline and progress reports.
• Support daily administrative and operational activities.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business support, administration, customer service, or sales coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in construction or contracting is a plus, but not mandatory.
