Reservation Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the team at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR as a Reservation Agent, providing guests with seamless booking experiences and showcasing authentic Turkish hospitality. You will be the first point of contact for reservation inquiries, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all requests.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest inquiries about room rates, outlets, and availability.
• Process reservation requests using the Opera Cloud PMS and other reservation systems.
• Post advance deposits, maintain accurate deposit records, and manage group blocks.
• Prepare daily rooming lists, handle special requests, and apply correct billing procedures.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Sales, and Accounts to ensure smooth reservation flow.
• Monitor inventory levels throughout the day and adjust room allocations to maximize occupancy and rate.
• Explain guarantee, cancellation policies, and upsell amenities using sales techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in hotel reservations or related hospitality role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
