Reservations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Reservations Supervisor to join the opening team of Radisson Hotel Fujairah. In this position you will lead the daily reservations operations, turning enquiries into confirmed bookings while maximising revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day reservations function and ensure a professional, efficient service.
• Manage individual and group bookings, verifying rates, packages and guest details.
• Drive conversion by identifying upsell opportunities for rooms, packages and hotel services.
• Monitor room availability, rates and booking conditions across all channels.
• Ensure reservations are processed accurately in line with hotel standards.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue and other departments to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
• Train, mentor and support reservations team members to maintain consistent service quality.
• Assist with reporting, booking audits and other departmental tasks as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of reservation procedures, room types, rates and distribution channels.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on conversion and revenue optimisation.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in UAE hotel pre‑opening environments is a plus.
