Restaurant & Beverage Operations Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Restaurant & Beverage Operations Officer to support the effective management of restaurant and beverage concessions for a major government client in Dubai. The role involves ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and safety while collaborating with concessionaires to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with restaurant and beverage concessionaires.
• Assist in lease negotiations, renewals, and rent terms.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to meet culinary standards.
• Collaborate with concessionaires to ensure diverse, high‑quality menu offerings.
• Maintain excellent service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotions with R&B concessions.
• Prepare performance and compliance reports.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of concessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, food safety practices, and emergency response procedures.
• Familiarity with local food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Immediate availability or able to start within 30 days.
