About the role

Join the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa as a Restaurant Hostess for its All Day Dining venue. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth dining experience from arrival to farewell.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Manage reservations, table allocations and seating arrangements.
Coordinate with the restaurant team on table availability and guest preferences.
Identify returning guests and communicate special requests to the team.
Provide restaurant information, menu recommendations and promote current promotions.
Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally.
Support the team during peak periods to maintain seamless service.
Ensure each guest receives a personalized farewell.

Required profile

High School Diploma or equivalent.
