Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the Food & Beverage operations at Six Senses The Palm Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding our brand’s wellness and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of designated food and beverage outlets, including special events.
• Maintain and continuously improve product and service quality in line with Six Senses standards.
• Ensure compliance with LQA standards through regular on‑site presence and rigorous monitoring.
• Drive revenue growth, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability.
• Manage inventory security, equipment storage, and financial transactions.
• Implement purchasing practices that align with Six Senses nutrition and sustainability platforms.
• Lead service recovery initiatives and handle guest complaints effectively.
• Ensure all legal, statutory, safety, and contractual obligations are met.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full‑service outlet within a luxury hotel.
• Hospitality Management degree or college diploma preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and uphold high service standards.
