Retail Parts Sales Executive

About the role

The Retail Parts Sales Executive will drive growth of the commercial vehicle parts business for Al‑Futtaim Automotive. You will nurture existing customer relationships while actively prospecting new accounts across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer profile database for analysis and campaigns.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess needs, ensure high customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, focusing on net sales and gross margin profitability.
• Submit daily call reports and track growth in the customer database.
• Monitor and keep monthly overdue balances within agreed limits.
• Coordinate timely delivery of parts and follow up on orders.
• Work extended hours, evenings or weekends when required to meet sales goals.

Required profile

• High School Certificate or Diploma (12 years of schooling).
• 2‑3 years of automotive parts sales experience, preferably in the commercial vehicle sector with field sales exposure.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
