About the role

Join PUMA’s dynamic retail team in Dubai as a Retail Sales Associate. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover and purchase PUMA products while delivering an energetic and friendly shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, promoting the PUMA brand and merchandise.
• Meet sales targets and uphold store standards for visual presentation and cleanliness.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, company initiatives, and retail procedures.
• Support store operations, including inventory handling, loss prevention, and safety protocols.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist with back‑of‑house tasks.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Passion for the PUMA brand and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Reliable, friendly, and able to work well within a team.
• Strong communication skills and a quick learner.

• Microsoft Office (basic proficiency)
