Sales Coordinator – Automotive Retail

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to join BYD’s retail operations in Dubai. The role sits at the centre of the sales process, linking the showroom, workshop, registration, drivers and external service providers to ensure vehicles are prepared, documented and delivered to customers accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries, confirming preparation according to customer specifications.
• Liaise with workshops, drivers, registration teams, insurers and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth handovers.
• Process all vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, invoicing, VCCs, gate passes and sales paperwork.
• Monitor vehicle preparation activities such as cleaning, servicing and accessory fit‑ment before delivery.
• Provide the sales team with up‑to‑date stock availability through physical and system inventory checks.
• Prepare demo vehicles for test drives, ensuring they are clean, fuelled and ready.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Oversee showroom vehicle displays to meet BYD and Al‑Futtaim standards.
