Sales Engineer – Energy Solutions

About the role

Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer (Energy) to lead sales and business development for steel materials and solutions across the Middle East. The role focuses on delivering innovative steel solutions to key sectors such as Oil & Gas, LNG, offshore wind, energy and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market‑share targets across the region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand existing accounts and acquire new clients.
• Prepare quotations, tender submissions, commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, procurement, logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts and provide market intelligence to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales and business development within steel, industrial products, engineering solutions, Oil & Gas, LNG or energy sectors.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel across the Middle East as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems.
