Sales Engineer

About the role

Robohub is looking for a proactive Sales Engineer to expand its footprint across target industries in the UAE. You will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to showcase AI‑driven and robotic solutions to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, site visits and networking.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations that clearly communicate solution value.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, maintaining accurate pipeline reporting.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for pre‑sales and post‑sales technical queries.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tender documents in collaboration with technical and operations teams.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover and client onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably with AI, automation or robotics products.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
