Sales Executive – Automotive Retail

About the role

Al Rostamani Group is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive the passenger‑car retail business in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer profile database in the Dealer Management System, capturing accurate vehicle and client information.
• Follow the complete sales process from prospecting and appointment setting through consultation, negotiation, vehicle delivery and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Conduct personal visits to understand customer requirements, provide technical product information and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Negotiate deals to achieve maximum margins while meeting monthly sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to order vehicles, track arrivals and keep customers informed of any delays.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets in a retail automotive environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.

Required skills

• Experience using a Dealer Management System (DMS) for customer and vehicle data entry.
