Sales Executive

About the role

Universal Augers is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals and market research.
• Generate leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Present and demonstrate company products and services to clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Provide after‑sales support and follow‑up on customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Customer‑focused with exceptional relationship‑management skills.
• Goal‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software.
