Sales Executive – Motorcycles

About the role

The Sales Executive for Motorcycles will drive sales performance across both B2C and B2B sectors for Al-Futtaim Automotive’s Honda Motorcycle line. The role focuses on generating leads, converting opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while adhering to company policies and CRM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to revenue and market‑share growth.
• Generate and convert quality leads using C4C, improving lead‑to‑sale conversion rates.
• Drive B2B and fleet sales, acquiring new corporate accounts and closing fleet deals.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience with high satisfaction scores and repeat/referral sales.
• Maintain compliance and sales‑process quality through accurate documentation and CRM adherence.
• Support brand presence by generating leads from activations and participating in ride events.
• Assist in stock turnover and aging inventory reduction through clearance campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, after‑sales, logistics and showroom operations for seamless service.
• Participate in daily, weekly and monthly sales meetings and training sessions.
