Sales Executive - Skincare

About the role

GMG, a global well‑being company, is looking for a Sales Executive to drive skincare sales in its Dubai store. You will engage customers, recommend products and help achieve store targets while representing a portfolio of leading beauty brands.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and brands to support customer needs.
• Maximise sales through cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up with regular and high‑potential customers.
• Ensure proper merchandising, product availability, and store presentation.
• Adhere to store KPIs, SOPs, inventory, expiry, and company policies.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and maintain required documentation.
• Follow company, regulatory, and loss‑prevention policies at all times.
• Be flexible to work across different shifts and locations based on business requirements.

Required profile

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
