Sales Manager – GCC (Hydrocarbon Gas Processing)

About the role

Enerflex Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager for the GCC region to drive sales of equipment, turnkey solutions, and projects in hydrocarbon gas processing and compression. The role focuses on expanding market share, building client relationships, and delivering integrated energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Close profitable business and conduct regular sales calls across the GCC.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify new customer opportunities.
• Prepare technical presentations and documentation on Enerflex products.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate with internal departments.
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events.
• Identify complementary sales opportunities and increase market share.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and perform other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of proven experience in gas processing and compression sales.
• Strong organisational, leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and effective verbal/written communication; Arabic is a plus.
