Sales Manager – Industrial Services (Oil & Gas)

About the role

Bilfinger, a global industrial services provider, is seeking a Sales Manager for its Oil & Gas and Power & Utilities segment in Abu Dhabi. The role will drive business growth, manage key client relationships and deliver revenue targets across upstream, mid‑stream and downstream activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the oil & gas sector, focusing on mid‑stream and downstream markets.
• Identify, pursue and convert new opportunities with national and international oil companies, NOCs, EPC contractors and related partners (e.g., ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, ADNOC Logistics, EGA).
• Lead bid and tender processes from opportunity identification through contract award, preparing techno‑commercial proposals.
• Maintain and update the full sales pipeline using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasts to senior management.
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of total experience, with at least 7 years in oil & gas sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of oil & gas and power & utilities operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles in a competitive maintenance and industrial services environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting.
