Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share for BMC in Dubai. This role requires a dynamic leader who can develop effective sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and align sales activities with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision‑making.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for sales staff.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximise profitability.
• Maintain long‑lasting relationships with key clients.
• Report sales forecasts, activities, and results to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional campaigns.
• Monitor budgets and expenses related to sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a comparable leadership role.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and manage a diverse sales team.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
