Sales Manager – Multi‑Channel (LV Products) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑oriented Sales Manager – Multi‑Channel to drive sales growth and expand market share for our Low Voltage (LV) product portfolio, including busway and wiring devices, across Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and market‑share growth for LV products, busway and wiring devices in Abu Dhabi.
• Identify, develop and secure new project opportunities across commercial, industrial, building and government sectors.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue and profitability goals.
• Develop and manage the indirect panel‑builder ecosystem through authorized distributors.
• Map, segment and prioritize panel builders, establishing engagement plans with distributor sales teams.
• Drive product specification, technical approvals and project registrations with indirect panel builders.
• Recruit, develop and activate new indirect panel‑builder accounts while growing share of wallet in existing accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and panel builders to monitor pipeline and market opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven success in project sales and channel development within the Abu Dhabi electrical market.
• Strong network with panel builders and distributors.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders in commercial, industrial, government and building sectors.
• Commercial acumen and business‑development mindset.
