About the role

The Sales & Marketing Assistant supports the sales and marketing teams in executing strategies, conducting market research, and coordinating campaigns. This dynamic position is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who want to contribute to the growth of an organization while gaining hands‑on experience in both sales and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and sales plans.
• Coordinate and manage sales and marketing events and activities.
• Prepare sales materials, data analysis, and presentations for the sales team.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Create engaging content for marketing campaigns and social media.
• Monitor and report on sales performance data and marketing analytics.
• Liaise with third‑party vendors and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide sales support as needed.
• Prepare and distribute sales and marketing reports, proposals, and promotional materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing support roles is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of working independently or within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is advantageous.
