Scuba Diver – Atlantis Dubai

About the role

Join Atlantis Dubai’s Dive Operations team to deliver unforgettable underwater experiences for guests and colleagues. As a Scuba Diver you will maintain dive facilities, ensure equipment safety, and provide professional instruction in line with Atlantis standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain exhibits, lagoons, pools and all underwater environments according to the Dive Operations Manual.
• Inspect, service and keep scuba equipment in optimal working order.
• Conduct dive training sessions for staff and guests when required.
• Log equipment malfunctions and dive activities, reporting issues immediately to supervisors.
• Act as a surface dive tender and first responder for any emergency situations.
• Support auxiliary dive activities such as sign holdings, underwater feedings and gating procedures.
• Deliver safety briefings that include conservation messaging and resort product knowledge.
• Participate in regular first‑aid, rescue drills and PADI standard trainings.

Required profile

• Renewed PADI Dive Master certification with DSD Leader (or higher) qualification.
• Current First Aid certification and ability to pass the annual Dive Medical examination.
• Excellent health, physical condition and successful completion of the departmental swim test.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and clear communication skills.
