Senior Business Development Account Executive - Simulation Specialist

About the role

Shield AI is looking for a Senior Business Development Account Executive who will act as the International Aechelon / Simulation Sales Specialist for its simulation portfolio. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work closely with regional sales leaders and account teams to grow the Aechelon simulation business across key international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, shape and advance simulation opportunities with customers and partners in priority regions.
• Serve as the specialist seller within the go‑to‑market organization, providing dedicated sales support to regional teams.
• Drive opportunity development, support complex pursuits and translate simulation capabilities into clear customer value.
• Collaborate with product, GTM and international business functions to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
• Accelerate growth of the Aechelon simulation portfolio by building credibility with customers and partners.
