Senior Construction Engineer – Electrical, Instrument & Telecom

About the role

This senior position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on‑site activities related to electrical, instrumentation and telecommunications works on high‑profile energy projects. The role ensures delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assure the quality and integrity of each project, delivering on schedule and within budget.
• Apply in‑house construction management procedures to maintain continuity across project phases.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams on‑site, managing interfaces between electrical, instrument and telecom disciplines.
• Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and risk registers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior construction engineer in the oil & gas or energy sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead on‑site teams and manage large‑scale projects.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour and safety regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
