Senior F&B Manager

About the role

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking a Senior F&B Manager to lead premium airport food and beverage operations in Dubai. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on management to deliver exceptional passenger experiences across multiple outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire large, diverse teams across premium airport F&B operations.
• Ensure operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement.
• Manage P&L, set forecasts, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive new openings, expansions, and transformation initiatives, including concept development.
• Oversee CAPEX and staff budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with Executive Chefs and F&B management to incorporate client feedback.
• Maintain food safety, OHS, quality assurance, and risk management standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management or a related field (mandatory); Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in an executive senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing multiple concepts and high‑volume premium outlets.
• Pre‑opening experience in large‑scale operations and exposure to luxury hotel and multi‑site restaurant environments.
• International experience with renowned brands, preferably in the GCC market.
