Senior Sales Executive – HORECA (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Barrick Group is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to lead its HORECA sales efforts in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with hotels, restaurants and catering businesses, promoting the company’s food and beverage portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new HORECA clients through research, networking and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand and fulfil their business needs.
• Present and demonstrate products and services, highlighting key benefits to drive interest and sales.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and provide post‑sales support.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to adjust sales strategies.
• Create and execute sales plans to achieve targets and contribute to company growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports with activity details, client feedback and market insights.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of sales experience in the F&B industry within Abu Dhabi.
• Proven track record in HORECA sales, preferably with beverages, smoothies or related products.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
