Site Manager – Data Center Operations

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Site Manager to lead the execution of large‑scale data centre projects in Dubai. The role covers the full project lifecycle – from site preparation through deliveries, construction, testing and commissioning – ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily on‑site activities of Eaton teams and third‑party suppliers.
• Represent the Project Manager in local coordination meetings and provide written daily updates.
• Initiate, monitor and review health, safety and environmental procedures, including toolbox talks and daily risk assessments.
• Prepare and maintain required documentation such as Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Identify resource gaps, raise unforeseen constraints and support cost recapture.
• Audit testing forms and practices of on‑site testing, certification and commissioning agents.
• Work on a rotational schedule (6 weeks on‑site, 1 week at home) for EMEA locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction or commissioning activities in data centre environments.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
