Sponsorship Sales Manager

About the role

The Sponsorship Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for Unique Events & Exhibitions in Dubai by leading the end‑to‑end sponsorship sales cycle. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic planning, client acquisition and post‑sale service to maximise sponsor partnerships for the company’s attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business plans and sales strategies, including rate cards, pricing, target sponsors and revenue forecasts for the upcoming financial year.
• Identify new sponsorship opportunities, match suitable brands to each opportunity and negotiate both short‑ and long‑term agreements.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and project teams to design sponsorship packages, branding spaces and creative activations.
• Create tailored presentations and sales pitches, conduct follow‑up negotiations and close deals.
• Coordinate internal departments to finalise contract elements and ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee client servicing teams to deliver on contractual commitments, plan sponsor activations and provide proof of execution.
• Prepare regular MIS reports on sales progress, targets and performance.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience as a sales manager in sponsorship, advertising or related media industries.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies that achieve revenue targets.
