Sportsbook Director

About the role

The Sportsbook Director will own the end‑to‑end strategy and commercial performance of Momentum’s Sportsbook vertical. Reporting to senior leadership, the role drives revenue growth, margin expansion and customer value across trading, product, technology, marketing and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Sportsbook growth plan, setting commercial targets for net gaming revenue, margin and profitability.
• Take full P&L accountability, monitoring performance, conducting gap analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead proposition strategy covering pricing, bet mechanics, promotions and major sporting events to maintain a competitive edge.
• Align Trading, Marketing, CRM and Operations to deliver coordinated acquisition, retention and segmentation campaigns.
• Sponsor investment decisions, evaluate business cases and ensure disciplined capital allocation with measurable ROI.
• Represent the Sportsbook vertical at the executive level, influencing cross‑functional priorities and driving a unified commercial agenda.

• Strong commercial instinct with the ability to translate market opportunities and customer insights into disciplined execution.
• Track record of delivering measurable revenue and margin growth for a digital entertainment or iGaming business.
