Store In-Charge

About the role

The Petshop is looking for a Store In-Charge to lead daily operations of its Dubai outlet. You will be the primary point of contact for staff and customers, ensuring a clean, safe, and high‑performing retail environment while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs and HSSE standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and accurate inventory levels.
• Manage POS operations, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
• Drive sales to meet monthly targets and key performance indicators.
• Lead, coach, and schedule store staff, monitoring performance and development.
• Prepare reports, communicate issues to stakeholders, and support mystery‑shopper programs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and improve NPS.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of experience in a similar retail management role.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage KPIs.
• Strong people‑management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Passion for animals and familiarity with the pet‑product sector is a plus.
